The few positive feedbacks also give the impression that they are fake because they were almost all written on the same day. The negative reviews, on the other hand, speak for themselves.
Dubious business practices
Several Amazon customers report that they never received any goods after ordering from the retailer. While some have never heard from the seller again, others report that Amentics contacted them via WhatsApp and identified the order as incorrect. Affected buyers should then provide their e-mail address in order to re-initiate the order and process it outside of Amazon’s system.
