CBD and cannabis: Why does the cannabis world have its eye on the United States?

With legal access to the best CBD products online through the most renowned companies such as JustBob, the new shop online, you can now buy the best legal and certified CBD products.

It is also the best way to fully enjoy the many benefits of legal CBD in the different states!

The CBD market is growing and is worth thousands of millions.

When California decided to legalize the use of medical marijuana in 1996, half of the country was shocked, and another half thought the trend would not go beyond the borders of the Golden State. Almost 25 years later, the doubts are gone.

Hemp is legal throughout the country, and so is the CBD that comes with it, but the cannabidiol made from marijuana is another story because it has higher levels of THC. This second type of CBD is only legal in more than half of the states, and each has precise regulations.

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has not yet recognized hemp as legal to make the problem more complex. Even though Congress has just legalized it, it is still on the list of addictive substances, such as heroin and methamphetamine.

“It’s a very inconsistent situation, full of contradictions, and a large majority of Democrats and Republicans favor legalizing medical cannabis,” says a doctor.

According to data provided by the Pew Research Center, popular support for marijuana legalization nationwide has increased from 12% to 62% since 1969, and 9 out of 10 voters support medical use.

According to the latest figures from Forbes magazine, the growth of the CBD market is expected to reach 1,800 million euros by 2020, with an increase of 700%.

There are dozens of online shops, and telemarketing offers a special package for Valentine’s Day. How could it be otherwise, even the illegal businesses with the pyramid system are taking advantage of this situation?

What is so special about this oil that no other products have?

Harvard Medical School professor Peter Grinspoon is one of the country’s foremost medical marijuana experts. He works in a clinic and at Massachusetts General Hospital, so his commitment is very close.

“The first thing you need to know is that marijuana and hemp are part of the cannabis plant family, and cannabis plants have more than 100 active components (cannabinoids). THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is what most people know because it’s the substance that gives you the effect you expect.

The second most crucial component is CBD, which, unlike THC, is not addictive!

The issue of marijuana has never been at the center of the health debate. It has always been a question of politics, racism, and other conflicts of interest. But, it is not a dangerous drug!

CBD is the best legal option and offers many advantages

Scientists have shown that CBD offers many benefits for the body and mind, and cannabidiol is now a recognized natural product to treat various symptoms and pains …

  • CBD and cannabis as a substitute

A rather interesting element observed in this study was that participants’ opioid consumption dropped by 44% during one follow-up. This information could lead to further studies and applications of cannabis as a pain reliever and a potential substitute for opioid drugs used for some instances of pain.

A considerable benefit of this change could be that cannabis could save lives. First, it is a low-risk plant with zero overdose cases; the same obviously cannot be said for opiate-based pain medications. According to the US Centers for Prevention and Control, opioids, including prescription ones, killed more than 33,000 people in 2015. They also state that about half of all opioid overdose deaths involved prescription drugs.

An article titled “Access to medical cannabis, its use, and substitution of prescription opioids and other substances: a study in licensed medicinal cannabis patients,” published in “The International Journal of Drug Policy” presents a survey that looked at cannabis as a substitute for pharmacological drugs. 271 patients participated in the investigation, 30% reported having substituted opiate drugs with cannabis.

The authors of the article state, “finding that patients report using cannabis as a substitute for prescription drugs confirms previous research on medical cannabis users.”

  • CDB to sleep better

Finally, sleeping pills are another area where cannabis may have potential use as a substitute for pharmacological drugs.

Many people who struggle with sleep may have insomnia, a disorder associated with difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep for an extended period. Tranquilizers are often used as a treatment, but these have risks and side effects. However, many sleep drugs are only relatively effective.

There are testimonials from people who claim that taking CBD before bed helps them get a good night’s sleep.
