Salary of personnel coming to the center through direct recruitment from other departments, public sector undertakings in central government, state government and its undertakings, universities, semi-government institutions, autonomous institutions, national banks like SBI and RBI will not be reduced. In the current system, there is a provision that the workers who joined the central government were interviewed through these institutions.
