There are two ways for these personnel to come into the service of the center. One is through the interview process and the other is direct recruitment ie written test, interview and many other criteria. There are some such posts, which also require physical escape. There is a provision for pay protection to workers who come to the central government through interviews. Meaning, the salary they were working on in the previous institute or department will not be less than that at the center. Increased salary will come to his account only. There are other workers who come to the service of the central government through direct recruitment or by passing the test. They did not get the same salary as previous institutions. Now according to the provision made by the government, those who join the central government through direct recruitment will also get pay protection.
That is, any worker who comes to the central government after passing the interview or open competitive examination will be given the facility of pay protection. Those coming from direct recruitment only have to meet the experience criteria. This criteria will be different for different posts and departments. This rule has come into force from 13 August.
