The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan is an autonomous organization which provides the school level education to the students of the state. Rajasthan Board is a government body. Its abbreviation is RBSE. The board was formed 61 years ago i.e. on December 04, 1957. The headquarter of RBSE is situated in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The official language of the board is Hindi and English. The chairman of the Rajasthan Board is B.L. Chaudhary and the administrator is Megha Chaudhary. The board is responsible to provide the secondary education in the state. RBSE also prescribes the syllabus to the affiliated schools and conducts the exams. After the completion of the exams, the board also declares the result.

For providing the distance learning and open environment for education, the government of Rajasthan has established an organization called Rajasthan State Open School, Jaipur. It is well known as RSOS. It has been created for private students of secondary and sr. secondary school level. The board prescribes the books, syllabus for the candidates of class 10 and 12 through the exam centers situated in the state. The office of the board is situated at Eklayva Bhawan, R.K.Shiksha Sankul, J.L.N Marg, Jaipur. The board was formed to provide the education to the candidates who could not get the regular education through the regular system.
Rajasthan Board Class 10 and 12 Time Table
The candidates who study from Rajasthan Board gets the time table in the month of December. The link of the time table uses to be available online on the official website of RBSE i.e. rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. The time table contains all the necessary information related to the board exams. It does not only has the exam dates and exam timings but also the subject details and various important pieces of information. Thus, the candidates should download it as soon as possible after its release. The students can also start the preparations and can do the revisions according to the date sheet.
RSOS conducts the exams twice i.e. in March and October. So, for both exams, the Rajasthan State Open School issues the time table.
The exams for class 10 and 12 use to get started in the month of March. Class 10 exams end in March while for class 12, the Rajasthan Board conducts the exam until the month of April.
Rajasthan Board Class 10 and 12 Admit Card
For the students of secondary and senior secondary, the RBSE Board releases the admit card in the month of February. Candidates obtain the admit card online on the official website. To get it from rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, the candidates need to submit some required details. Other than this, the students also collect the RBSE Admit Card from their respective schools.
The admit card contains all the important details related to the exams as well as related to the students. It is mandatory for the students to have the admit card along with them at the time of going for the examinations. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enroll in the board exams.
Rajasthan Board Class 10 and 12 Result
After the completion of the exams, the Rajasthan board declares the result for both classes. For class 10 board exams, the RBSE board announces the result in the month of June. For class 12, the board declares the result separately for different streams. It releases the result for Science and Commerce combined while for Arts, the separate result uses to be announced. To check the result, the candidates need to submit the roll number.

RSOS declares the result twice for both sessions. So, for the March session, the students obtain the result in the month of March while for the October session, the board announces the result in the month of December. The candidates can submit the roll number to get the result.
The result contains the information such as the board’s name, class name, candidate’s details, subject details, marks, and the result status.
Rajasthan Board Supplementary Exams
The candidates who will not get the passing marks will be able to appear for the supplementary exams. The board provides the second opportunity to the students to pass the exams. RBSE conducts the supplementary exams in the month of August and September. The candidates need to fill the application form to appear for the supply exams and then they need to pay the application fee.
Once, the exams get completed, the board releases the result for the same. The candidates obtain the result in the month of September/ October. In order to check the supplementary results, the candidates can submit the valid roll number. Remember, the roll number must be the same as provided on the admit card. In this way, the candidates have the result in pdf format. The result contains the various details related to the board exams, the marks, and the students. So, it is mandatory for the candidates to check the result and take its printout.
