GSEB 12th Supplementary Exam 2020 Postponed: As per the latest notification published by GSEB, the Gujarat Board 12th Compartmental Exam 2020 has been postponed for General Stream students. The decision to postpone the GSEB 12th General Stream Purak Pariksha has been taken to include students who have failed two subjects in the March 2020 Exam. Earlier, for supplementary exam for Class 12 Exams, students who had failed only in 1 subject were considered as eligible. But, now with the change announced by the GSEB, students who have failed in two subjects would also be eligible to appear for Purak Pariksha and clear the same without having to wait for an entire year. Exam for Science and Class 10 Students To Go on As Per Schedule
As per the official notification, the GSEB 12th Supplementary Exam 2020 for General Stream students was to commence from 23rd August 2020, which stands postponed now. However, students must note that Gujarat Board has also released the exam dates for the improvement examination of Class 10 and 12 (Science Stream). GSEB 12th Science Supply Exam 2020 will be held on 28th August 2020 while for GSEB 10th Purak Pariksha 2020 will be held on 25th August 2020. Exams for Science stream and Class 10 students would be held for students who have failed in two subjects.
Application Process to Restart for GSEB 12th General Stream Supply Exam 2020
With the change in the eligibility or qualifying criteria for appearing for GSEB 12th Supplementary Exam 2020 for General Stream students, the application process for the same would be restarted again. Students who had failed in two subjects and were not eligible for supplementary exams earlier, are now eligible and can apply to appear for Purak Pariksha Now.
