Galaxy Watch Active 4: This is what Samsung’s smartwatch should look like

The Mobile World Congress will take place in Barcelona (Spain) from June 28th to July 1st, 2021. At present, everything indicates that Samsung will present its second new smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch Active 4, in addition to the Galaxy Watch 4. The days until the official unveiling seem numbered – but the internet is still faster again. The website and the industry insider OnLeaks have jointly released leaked render images of the alleged Galaxy Watch Active 4. According to the report, they are based on information from inside sources and have an extremely subtle and slim design. The display is almost frameless, there is no rotating bezel or crown. There are only two buttons on the right. The housing is made of aluminum and should be available in sizes 40 and 44 millimeters.
If the information from the leak proves to be true, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 4 will appear in four different colors. In addition to black and silver, the options green and gold are available, with the latter coloration loud should rather go into rose gold and in reality deviate from the rendered images shown. The arithmetic work is done by a processor manufactured using the 5 nanometer process. The operating system used is the new Wear OS, which Samsung is currently developing together with Google. The Galaxy Watch Active 4 is a direct successor to the Galaxy Watch Active 2. A model with the number 3, unlike the regular Galaxy Watch, has not existed so far – and it will probably not come any more: it looks like Samsung has decided to skip a number so that the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Watch Active are on the same page in terms of model names. According to the report, the Galaxy Watch Active 4 will cost less than 340 euros, but there is currently no exact price.
