Dr. Ambedkar's greatest gift to the citizens of India ARTICLE 32

This article is called the right to constitutional remedies in the Indian Constitution, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar called Article 32, the soul or heart of the Indian Constitution, because this article gives exemption to all citizens to protect their fundamental rights directly. Can go to court, and demand to enforce their rights.

The Supreme Court can issue several types of writ to protect these rights such as: – Habeas Corpus, Mandate, Prohibition, Rights-of-Origin, Catalyst etc. Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also started hearing the case of Public Interest Litigation under Article 32, under which any person or group can go to the court of an aggrieved person for protection of fundamental rights.

In general language, Article 14 to 35 in the Indian Constitution protects or protects all the fundamental rights. Article 32. For this reason, Article 32 has been called by Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar as the soul or heart of the Indian Constitution.
