The Supreme Court can issue several types of writ to protect these rights such as: – Habeas Corpus, Mandate, Prohibition, Rights-of-Origin, Catalyst etc. Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also started hearing the case of Public Interest Litigation under Article 32, under which any person or group can go to the court of an aggrieved person for protection of fundamental rights.
